I really enjoyed this game! I loved how the dark elements slowly seeped through, the sections, and I thought the good ending was really cute! I hope I can find more games like this :3

i just made itch.io account to say that THIS IS THE MOST UNDERRATED GAME EVER and the happy ending was so wholesome

how did you get the happy ending??? Like I tried everything I think I played 4 times, got bad thrice and "true" once, I have absolutely no clue how to do it

you gotta do everthing wrong and piss him off (like keep opening your eyes and flipping the paper)

STEP ASIDE! My cat needs therapy from the best in... Marine Biology?! Oof... That ending?

YOUTUBER: Maya, The Bubble E1
(Subscribe today to keep serial killer doctors away! :D)

I mostly enjoyed it. The dialogue got repetitive by the end, but I would still recommend!

Incredible! Before my first run through I was a bit apprehensive but the further I went the more impressed I was with every little bit of it. Just enough 4th wall breaking and self awareness. Amazing visuals that really feel unique compared to everything today. I love it.

(+1)

Very much enjoyed the style of this game!

(+1)

The way the dialogues work reminded me of undertale which made me jkind of nervous since self awareness is kind of overused these days. after the first play through the game was becoming a little tedious but The end was super worth it, really creative.

I absolutely love the art style and non binary Taylor. hope to see more things from you guys, you have a lot of talent. :)

Love the game, not what i was expecting at all. very unique and intresting, love the art style :]

One of the least traumatic therapy sessions I think I've ever had!

I really love the pixel graphics and the expressions on Taylors face throughout the story 😊

(+1)

This was really good. I had goosebumps toward the end. Very unsettling :D

(+1)

It was a fantastic experience, I didn't expect to find something really good today, the session with Dr.K was interesting!

Keep doing games amigo, your games are really good!

I loved everything about this game.
The style, the storytelling and the ending. Even this whole page looks awesome.
Really really awesome work!

l enjoyed every second of playing this game!keep it up your gsmes are amazing!

This was really well made! I likked the sotry a lot. The jump scares were pefectly times and never tacky. The art style and color pallete are amazing. I liked that there were multiple endings that still made sense to the story. If I had one request, is that we could get some more world bulding! The world seems so cool, with the idea of G2 and G4, what are they like? What are the others like? Is this the future? The present? I'd love to see more set in this world, even if it doesn't follow the same characters/story!

Hi there -

Thanks a lot for giving the game a try and I really appreciate it! If you're really interested in the world, consider checking out my other game Vincent: The Secret of Myers ! It takes place in the same universe, but in G4 district instead!

I really enjoyed playing cant wait to finish the game. Will be uploading a 2nd part soon!

I'm a grown man and I still cannot read properly... anyway I really enjoyed playing this, never knew I enjoyed this styling of game...

(+2)

This was beyond all my expectations. The writing, story, creep factor, jumpscares, art style, and suspiciously loud music are all executed with thought and care. Scratching an itch for a horror game that I didn't know I had! If you're thinking about playing this one, I can say out of the endless sea of horror games I've played, this one stands out.

One thing with text games like these that are hit or miss for me is if I like the characters enough to read all their diologue. This game really struck a homerun. I loved the main chracter and of course, Dr.Krueger. I loved the style for Taylor, but Dr.Kruegers face for me was kinda off. GREAT GAME THO <3

i really liked it! well done! i played through it multiple times to get all of the endings and i have to say, this was very creative and i just loved the whole aspect of being a patient in this strange place and having to go through an elaborate therapy session with a psychotic Doctor who is not exactly the best at being subtle. the art style is great and i just absolutely loved the dialogue.

very cool game!

(also, pretty sure that last person who gave it a 1 star rating is dead... lol)

So, I never play horror games. I can watch horror movies just fine (in fact, they make me laugh), but horror games put me in the position of the character, and that's a great cause of anxiety. Despite all this, I ultimately decided to try Therapy with Dr Albert Krueger. Something about the art style and minigames shown on the download page drew me in. In the end, I fell in love. Especially after the good ending. The new dialogue, the entertaining video (I'm sure you know the one I'm talking about), and the character interaction all made this game very charming. It's something that will stay in my mind, and in a good way.

Also, to show just how bad I am with horror games, my family once tried to get me to play Rush of Blood. I ended up screaming at the top of my lungs and quitting the game at the loading screen. The game hadn't even started. It was just loading the main menu.

This was a really cool experience and I really enjoyed it. I got the endings in order and all on my first try, which was pretty cool.

It's fun to see how the dialogues change when you're on your second and third run, since usually they wouldn't (lowkey gave me an Undertale vibe, which was awesome). Definitely will play more games from the Developer(s) ^^

i really enjoyed playing the game. i just had trouble reading krueger's red text.

This game is very good! I liked basically everything about it. All three endings were great, and it was fun to try again every time, which is a pretty rare thing for me to enjoy. The dark humor and characters were great, and so were the minigames and horror. Oh, and I really like the art style.

So yeah, I definitely recommend it!

Man this was amaizing i didn´t expect the good ending at all! but i am so glad i played this game in one go to get all the endings! My favorite was the Badd true ending even though the good True ending was super cute and amaizing i kinda liked the concept of the bte. Anyways great game!!

(+2)

At first I thought this was just a short silly horror game, but I sat there and did all three endings with no regret. My favorite ending was definitely the good ending, it was so cute and kinda emotional, to be honest. If you're thinking of playing this game and you're reading my comment, then you should! It's definitely worth your time. Thanks for such a great game! :)

I recommend you play the game before you watch my video or read the review.

REVIEW

As an avid fan of Visual Novels I can confidently say this is a VN game that is done well.

I played a previous game done by the same developer called Vincent: The Secret of Myers and I loved the demo the characters and the atmosphere was breathtaking, it gave me options and couple of routes to advance the story and I said that i want it to play the full game. The sound, models and drawing was just so good.

Now as i browsed for some horror games I saw Therapy with Dr. Albert Krueger and I immediately realized it's from the same developer cause the drawing is unique and different.

Now let's talk about this game, it has a couple of minigames that i enjoyed and it gave me a different sense of anxiety with the dialouge but to be honest the highlight is the minigames the characters didn't leave a mark and i feel like if the demo had more mini-games maybe i would have liked it even more. The previous game (Vincent: The Secret of Myers) had different characters and more locations and the dialogue was more interesting for me.

Also in one part of the game you watch a video and a narrator is actually doing and AD it was good and it gave me a tangible experience which i wish there was more audio dialogue in the game to give a clearer picture of what is going on.

But this shouldn't stop you from playing this game I recommend you play this one then Vincent: The Secret of Myers.

I didn't play MORFOSI yet which I will do next, either way a Horror Visual Novel Game that is actually good PLAY IT NOW!!

Hi Sergio -

Thanks a lot for giving one of my games a try again! I recgonized you immediately and I really appreciate it. I figure it doesn't hurt to let you know: the dialogue (and some other things) actually changes each time the player plays through the game (that's why I disabled skip). You will notice that Taylor becomes aware that it is not their first time receiving the therapy starting from the second playthrough. Nonetheless, your review is very insightful and I appreciate it!

Aw Thanks Dino.

Truly dude your art style is very unique and wonderful, can't wait for your next projects.

this game is really cool and interesting! I love the non-binary representation, the jumpscares (that actually made me jump lol) and most of I love Dr.Albert Krueger. I keep getting the bad ending tho rip me

Interesting game to say the least Love the idea and the presentation I would LOVE to see more of this style of horror game it was well done and you are all talented peeps keep it up. Oh and this video is my reaction and thoughts so check it out

Games great as F***! I had a good time playing and cool twist when [INSERT SPOILER HERE] and seeing the 2nd ending might be hard cause of the cups.

Nonetheless, Great game, great story (plot?), and overall 10/10.

As soon as I opened the game I was vibing with it. I liked the creepiness it was perfect. To me crepiness is a lot cooler than jump scares when it comes to games. I was reminded of Yuppie Psycho a bit and I freaking loved that game so obviously I freakin loved this game lol. I made a video going over one route but I super recommend you to play this game for yourself 💚

Did all of the 3 endings and damn, totally worth it. I was scared but also very interested in the story, you can't have the time to be bored with all the observation you need to beat this game! overall I really enjoyed playing this (even if I got scared by the jumpscares multiple times) the music is pretty spooky and goes very well with the theme/ambiance, which was really good! in pixels but don't get fooled by his simple appearance.I will totally recommend it. Can't wait to see more of your projects!

(+2)(-1)

the good ending was so sweet uwu

(1 edit) (+1)(-1)

I really liked the music and the style of the game! I got the bad ending though hahaha well I still hope you enjoy my gameplay and I also made a little infomercial for it hahaha hope to see more games from you and maybe you can check out my channel too!

Alright, it's a nice horror visual novel. The jumpscares wasn't that scary (horrifying) but the game sure does makes my whole body shivers aka it's creepy, psychologically and supernaturally. I would love to be a little more story to Taylor Lee, so that me as the reader can build a connection to the protagonist and feels more obliged to protect (help) Taylor from this, being.

By the way, I made two let's play, the first one is a full gameplay of me exploring the game the first time and unlocking the Bad Ending, the second one is me trying to unlocking the other two ending by exploring around.
